Q1 – Can I pay by credit or debit card?

Yes we take all major credit and debit cards. Please email for further details.

Q2 – Can I book in advance?

We recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment, this allows us to plan and prepare for your journey. Customer can also book months in advance and for special events.

Q3 – How do I book a return trip?

When booking your outward journey, please inform our staff of your requirements for your return trip. Both payments can be made in advance for both Journeys.

Q4 – How will I know when my booked vehicle has arrived?

We will send you an SMS text message when the car arrives at your pre arranged pick up point. We can also telephone you if required.

Q5 – What if the driver is running late?

Our staff will endeavour to contact you and advise you of any known delays that may have put us behind schedule. We always try to put a 'buffer' for delays - however some instances can overtake our planning.

Q6 – Do you provide child/baby seats?

Unfortunately under current legislation we do not carry such equipment, but we are happy for you to use them for journey at no additional charge.

Q7 – Do I need to wear a seat belt?

Yes all passengers are required by law to wear seat belts. Children who are accompanied by an adult will also have to wear them.

Q8 – How do you charge for a journeys with extra pick-ups or drop off?

We calculate journeys based on mileage and try to make the extra pick-ups seemless. However, as a private hire operator we are governed by charges and rates set by the Bristol City Council. Please contact us to book and get a quote.
