I have used Sapphire cars for some time now, indeed they are the only Private Hire firm I use these days. They are honest and reliable and meet all of my requirements. I am disabled and any driver who picks me up always comes to my front door even though I live on the fifth floor of and helps me down to their car and all are courteous and helpful when getting me in or out of their car and putting my perambulator safely in the vehicle. Although the cars are always punctual, the driver will phone me if for any reason they are delayed. A lot of my trips are to hospital appointments and drivers will park as close to the entrance as possible and if necessary will accompany me to the actual department that I have to go to and make sure that my appointment is going ahead so as not to leave me in the lurch and stranded. No hospital visit can be exact in its timing, but I telephone when I have finished and a car will arrive promptly for the return journey and the driver will collect me from the department that I am in and I do not have to wait outside in all weathers. All cars are comfortable with the politest of drivers and nothing is too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sapphire Cars to anybody and all those that have used them thank me for putting them in touch with this firm.
I have been using the services of Farouq Hussain of Sapphire Cars for approximately three years. On every occasion, I have found the overall service to be first class. This manifests itself in the main reason - getting to destination on time - but also in the hard to describe additions that make using the service a pleasure.
